Khan wins BOB in Seattle and Bremerton, WA!

That pretty much says it all. :) It was fun to beat his half brother who is actually the #8 GSP in the country right now. Two weeks ago he managed to win over the #2 GSP in the country. :) Both very nice dogs! He's doing so well that it breaks my heart not showing him at every show but I have to hold back. I have to get priorities in order and I'd like him to mature as well. I'd like to Special him when he's 3 yrs old. Hopefully he will do well at that time also.
I plan on showing Khan and Stormy at Specialties and some of the local shows to keep them exposed to showing and the public. I love showing my dogs to everyone.

Khan wins Sweeps!

Khan took first place in his class of 5. Then Stormy took first place in her class of 3. Then Khan ultimately took Best Puppy in Sweeps on Wednesday at the Specialty, January 20th, 2010. :) GOOD JOB US!! Raven handled Khan in the final round while I stayed with Stormy. :) YAY! We did great!

New Adventures

So, both pups are CH. Now we want the JH title and work on a Canadian CH. I am considering the obedience, agility and rally stuff too but there's a lot on my plate right now. We are moving end of May which is stressful enough in itself. I'm torn between living close to the city vs out in the country. Nationals is also in May and I'm planning on going but leaving the pups behind. It is very expensive and a lot of work for me to fly with them or even drive them across the country. I think I'll sit this one out but be there to watch and learn about all the dogs in Nationals. I'd like to take lots of pictures. :)

CH Stormy Storm and BISS CH Khanathaniel!!

OK, so a lot has happened and so very fast. Basically both my babies have championed and Khan achieved BISS!!! That stands for Best in Specialty Show. I'm so so so so excited!!!!!!! It is all slowly sinking in. YAY!!! WOO HOO!!! I'll have pictures posted soon. I hope they turned out. I wanted to use them for advertising in the GSP Journal. WOO HOO!!!

It's been so long!

Hey, sorry I haven't blogged. I've been super busy. Went camping with the pups and BLitz, took them all the Dixon, didn't win anything but had a great time meeting everyone in Cali. Extended my vacation to 2 weeks and camped along the coast and went to see Crater Lake. Very beautiful. I highly recommend going!

Khan is currently at 10 points with his first Major. He only needs 2 singles and one more Major to be an AKC Champion. Stormy will catch up and then, we hit Canada. :) After December I will try and only show during the weekends in order to have at least a week for the Florida Nationals. From the looks of things I might have to fly there.
