Here he is, pictured here at 4 months.  Hank is a gorgeous, full of character, sweet sun-of-a-gun, that is very much loved by so many.

Hank, with his trainer Andrew at Full Throttle Fearless Pointers are working towards his JH title.  He is entered for the first time, in this weekend's trials set in Kennewick, WA.  Check him out if you are there!

The pups have arrived!

They arrived right on time!  We do have 6 pups!  4 girls and 2 boys.  They are doing just fine.  :)

Day 60 and we have puppies!!

Vet sees 6 pups for sure by checking for the baby pups' skulls.  She advised that they should also pass through the birth canal with no issues.  I am very happy about that!  The Dr. also said that there's always the possibility of more pups that might not be completely seen on the x-ray due to organs in the way.  I really feel like I see a couple more than 6 spines and an x-ray vet tech made a claim for 10 pups with this pic.  We are so very excited!  6 pups would be much easier to care for at one time, but the more the merrier!  How many do you think you can find?

Evening of 58th day.

She's not as big as I was expecting by this point but I'm new to this so maybe she's looking just fine.  I just remember her mom when I saw her the day before the litter was born and she was like a big bellied, uncomfy, overstretched goat.  I was uncomfortable for her.
Stormy is big but not that big.  They did spend the whole week together so maybe the babes are due a tad later?  Or maybe there aren't as many as 9 pups?  We have xrays scheduled on Thursday which would be the 60th day from the first mating.  We will have a better idea on the little pups inside.  Hoping for many beautiful babies.  :)

Snuggle Bugs...

Khan and Stormy snuggling, as usual.  She's doing great.  Getting a bit larger everyday.

Just slowly getting bigger.

I added her nicely stacked photo for comparison.  It's been a while since I've tried to stack Stormy or Khan.  I brought out my old show bag and saw all the nice leads I had custom made.  Memories... I forgot how hard it was to stack.  I still can't do it very well but no matter.  I'll keep working on it.  ;)  Thank goodness judges can see how nice they are.  She's got about 2 - 3 weeks more to go, before pups are due, around June 1st or so.
